SHIPPING

*Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be longer, so please be patient.

Domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and, then, shipped via your desired method of shipment. Please allow 7-10 business days after processing to receive your item. All packages are trackable. When orders are shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

*International orders may have additional customs fees (as well as other fees) that international customers will be solely responsible for.

 

RETURNS

Refunds for returns are issued into store credit ONLY. The process for starting an eligible return (and what is deemed eligible)  is the same as it is for exchanges.

*NO international returns.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges (and returns) on eligible items. For exchanges, if you receive an item that is the wrong item, damaged during the fulfillment process, or otherwise defective due to manufacturing, then, it is eligible for an exchange.

For your convenience, you have up to 14 days, after receiving your item, to request an exchange, or, return on eligible items. 


Also, to be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, or, proof of purchase. Koy King does not accept items that don't adhere to the aforementioned eligibility requirements.

 

Ineligible items: All accessories, such as hats (beanies, baseball caps, etc.), masks, hosiery, and sale/final sale items.


To start an exchange or return, you must first contact us at info@koyking.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with, or carrier delayed packages. 

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via online gift card for store credit (minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee). However, we will not refund original shipping costs.
