*Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be longer, so please be patient..
Since we are a drop-shipping company, domestic orders are processed usually within 2-7 business days, and, then, usually delivered in 3-5 business days after processing (but, can take longer). All packages are trackable. When orders are shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
*International orders can take 5-10 business days to fulfill if shipped from our Europe facility to a European destination and 10-20 business days to fulfill if shipped from our European facility to a non-EU destination.
*International orders may have additional customs fees (as well as other fees) that international customers will be solely responsible for.
As of right now, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Therefore, we do not accept returns, nor, do we issue refunds. Since we are a drop-shipping company, and orders are produced when the order is placed, we cannot change or alter the order after you place it.
So, please select the correct item (color, size, etc.), enter the correct shipping information, and be absolutely sure that this is a purchase you want to make.
*NO international returns.
However, you CAN exchange an eligible item.
We offer exchanges on eligible items. For your convenience, you have up to 7 days, after receiving your item, to request an exchange on eligible items.
If you receive an item from us that is the wrong item, damaged during the fulfillment process, or otherwise defective due to manufacturing, then, it is eligible for an exchange. Also, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, or, proof of purchase. Koy King does not accept items that don't adhere to the aforementioned eligibility requirements.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE
To start/request an exchange, you must first contact us at email@example.com and let us know the reason you are requesting the exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with, or carrier delayed packages. Also, if you have these issues once the item has been marked "Delivered," please contact the USPS and they will be able to assist you.
NOTICE: If your shipment is "returned to sender" because an address was entered incorrectly, please note that you will be charged and additional shipping fee to have it sent back out. So, again, please be sure to input the correct shipping information so that your package gets to you in a timely manner.
