1. How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Usually 10-14 days from our warehouse to your front door. Please be advised that while shipping delays are VERY rare, they may happen from time to time, especially due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship WORLDWIDE.

 

3. I'm an international customer. How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Shipping times for international customers are usually a little longer than for customers in the U.S. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details on international orders.

 

4. Can I track my order?

A: Yes, absolutely! When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you will always know where your package is.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

A: We offer EXCHANGES only if we shipped you the wrong items, or if those items were damaged at our facilities. Please see our Shipping + Return Policy.

 

6. Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

7. If I received a damaged item or the wrong item, what do I do to start an exchange?
